• Note v.24 - Gentiles also, not just Jews
• Ex: Jacob over Esau before birth
• Totally God's choice - undeserved election
• No injustice with God - hails His mercy
• Monergism - solely God acting
• ex: God hardened Pharoah
• God doesn't need approval or permission to act
• All have chosen sin = wrath. God endured with
  patience some to save to show His mercy.
