58 The Power of God

The Millenium Part 3

Power is the determining force of what is. Since there is no greater power than God's, it is God's power that determines what is;what is now and what will be.

God's power is revealed:

1. in the revealing and concealing of truth.

2)in the victory which only Jesus could win, and in the subsequent judgments against Satan and in favor of His people.

3. in the enforcement of eternal destinies.

It is the power of God that conceals (withholds) the truth from those belonging to Satan. It is the power of God that brings righteous judgment upon the nations. It is the power of God that enforces the eternal punishment of hell.

And, it is the SAME power that reveals the truth to those who are redeemed from the earth. It is the SAME power that judges in favor of the redeemed. It is the SAME power that secures eternally those who are redeemed from the earth.
