God's Predestination

The God of the Bible is a God of eternal purpose; He is sovereign in all His actions and His attitudes; He is eternally present in all His dealings and actions. His decreed purpose is immutable; neither changed nor altered in intention or in accomplishment. This purpose of God is called "predestination" in the scriptures. It is stated in the NT but is taught in all of the Bible; sovereign predestination is essential to the gospel and to godliness.
