A Differentiation of Character

Oh how much of God's mercy to sinners is seen in His leaving the objects of His love in this sinful, persecuting world in order that they may bless it with their changed lives and their sacred testimony. The line of demarcation between the redeemed of grace, and the people of this world is not to be obliterated; God keeps His elect from the contaminating influence of sinful flesh and their sinful world. May God help us to see the broad line He has drawn between those people who are His disciples and the great multitudes who only claim to be.
