Series Abraham - a Man of Faith
The picture of God's ultimate plan is never been more clear than what He (God) asked Abraham to do, to offer his only son as a burnt offering. This is the best picture in Scripture of the divine plan of God where The LORD offered His Only Begotten as the redemption for all mankind. This chapter is (to me) the most important chapter in Genesis and is a foretaste of what God would ultimately do when He sacrificed His only Son, the Messiah Jesus.
