The Ultimate Judge Revealed in Glory

The vision seen by John begins with that of the resurrected, glorified Christ in His position overseeing His churches, evaluating them based on His first-hand eyewitness. In this revelation the emphasis is on judgement that He will personally carry out. Believers will stand before Him and be rewarded for their faithfulness in service to Him. Unbelievers will stand before Him to be sentenced to hell for the works they have done.
