Grace Reigns

Paul is emphasizing the triumph of the reign of grace. It is an absolute certainty that grace already reigns. Grace was established before time. The Trinity in the covenant of redemption ensured that all men would not be destroyed. We also look at prayer and coming to the throne - the place of authority.
