The Decree to Return

One of the most amazing events in history is the restoration of God's covenant people out of Babylon back to Judah and Jerusalem in the 6th century B.C. That this restoration was accomplished by the decree of a secular ruler, Cyrus--even as foretold by earlier prophets--is especially amazing! In this sermon we see that God accomplishes His will even through rulers that do not know Him or worship Him!
