Looking to Your Master

Where you look is everything when it comes to proper "form." It is true in running, in swimming, when skating, when lifting weights - you align the eyes first when it comes to moving the athlete in the direction. It is no different in the journey of the Christian faith, every good disciple looks to the One who has redeemed him - to receive orders, to engage in doing as you have seen done, to secure hope and perspective in this world that has embraced the chaos of looking anywhere but up. Saints of the Lord, there is only one source of mercy, of security, of deliverance from contempt, scorn and pride - the Seat of the Righteous King of heaven and earth, Jesus Christ.
