Built Up On Christ

When we come to Christ, they build their lives on the only solid foundation -- Jesus Christ, the Cornerstone of God's New Temple. He was a stone rejected and crucified by men, but raised and honored and set in place by God. Peter sees this as the paradigm for God's people, the "living stones." Their fate is His -- rejection by men, but ultimately honor from God.
