The Parable of the Soils

As Jesus' ministry progresses, He faces different receptions from people. Some have left all to follow Him, but others have rejected Him outright. A significant few remain non-committal, and others, like the Pharisees, want Jesus killed because of His claims. Why so many different reactions to Christ's message? Mark wants us to know why.
