A Predictable Fall

When you are spiritually weak and have not improved your walk with God despite His Gospel resources, you are certainly headed for a fall. You must awaken from your sleepy, anemic condition, and renew your trust in the Lord. Pray for grace and strength against temptation! Peter was overconfident in his devotion to his master, and learned this lesson—but it cost him some shame.
