Solomon became so enthralled in his wealth and heathen women, that he no longer had the fear of the Lord in him. Solomon had his daddy's faith, but he did not have his own convictions. Whatever Daddy believed, that was it! Solomon's biggest fall was women and he lusted after the pagan women. Solomon's testimony was a stumbling block to those around him.
