The Prayers of the Saints: Peter is Delivered!

Coming to one of Pastor Stoos' favorite passages we see the conflict between the world and the Church as King Herod prepares to execute the Apostle Peter and the Church lifts up her prayers.

Peter is miraculously delivered and the faithful Saints are slow to realize the answer to their prayers.

It is also significant that here we see Peter looking to James as the leader of the Church at Jerusalem which greatly undermines any argument that he might have been the 1st Pope.
