Today was a crazy day. Lots of work being done here, there, and everywhere. We fixed a major billing issue—hard to get right. We fixed a major video streaming issue—a tremendous victory! We made some important webcast improvements to help with people overseas. We made some incredible advances with our mobile apps—ChurchOne and Sermons 3. And of course we're continuing our progress with Global Sermons!

I had a great time getting to know Shannon Hurley of Sufficiency of Scripture (SOS) Ministries. He's doing an incredible work in Uganda among his local village as well as throughout the country as he is networking with over a thousand pastors via their seminary and conferences. These are solid people and it's a pleasure to learn more about them.

New VLOG released! It answers the question of WHY we are doing this? First, we believe in preaching. Second, we believe we need to protect preaching. Third, the enemy's weapon of choice is deception to keep the nations in darkness. Fourth, our weapon is the propagation of truth via sound preaching. Fifth, we must pray and keep our powder dry. In other words, we need to protect preaching at all cost.

We just pushed out some serious improvements to our search algorithm that will more effectively bring back very relevant sermon results by typing in any combination of keyword, speaker, Bible, and church name. It even massively improves exact matches for sermon titles. We're very excited about this most necessary development!

I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to attend the memorial service for Dr. John MacArthur on August 23 at 10:30am at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California.
Much has already been written about Dr. MacArthur’s profound and far-reaching ministry—faithfully preaching the gospel for 56 years from the same pulpit. Grace to You has partnered with SermonAudio for 16 years, and we are truly grateful for this friendship.
It is a privilege not only to attend but also to help make this special service available to our audience via live stream on our platform. I invite you to join us for the webcast, and pray that all will go smoothly on this most meaningful occasion.

I just received this precious gift—a communion token used in Scottish churches to gain access to the Lord’s Supper. It's doubly special because (a) it's from the Isle of Lewis, where the 1949 revival took place, and (b) 1857 was the year of the NYC noonday prayer revival with Jeremiah Lanphier.
Tokens like this are small, but they carry great significance—helping us remember important things we might otherwise forget. It’s amazing how much this little thing communicates. Amidst the busy-ness of life, let’s stop, come up for air, consider and remember what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and where we’re going.

RECORD TIME. We landed in Canada last night and were met with a room full of boxes. Our 3-man team worked late into the night and all day today to get the beginnings of a Vault in Canada up and running with fully redundant power.
The cluster is operational, but it’s just the first step. Next step will be to install a fully replicated copy of the sermon library in this new Canadian location. Arctic-grade storage for permanent preservation!
