I agree it was Wednesday. there is ambiguity when one tries to use the Jewish reckoning of the day and our modern use of the 12 to 12 day.The "Zero Hour" Shift: In Jewish reckoning, a new day begins at sunset (roughly 6:00 PM), while in modern reckoning, it begins at midnight. This means that what we call "Wednesday night" is actually the beginning of the Jewish "Thursday". when looked at from the Jewish point of view, we can conclude Jesus was only in the tomb 24 hours . It was 3 days and 3 nights !

I am speachless. I can only imagine the weight you feel through this time. When our first child was born, he was unable to breath, and the first five days only alive because of the ventilator connected to him. But God…raised up prayer warriors around the globe to lift up our son Joel to the throne of grace, and today nearly four years later he is perfectly normal.
