The book “The Unseen Realm” by Dr Michael Heiser gives a lot of detail on this sort of thing. The linguistic and historical evidence leans very strongly towards Genesis 6 referring to fallen angels procreating with human women, as well as to the historical veracity of 1 Enoch (though that book is not inspired/inerrant/infallible). Two things about the passage in Matthew: That passage doesn’t say that angels CAN’T marry, it only says they DON’T. It also says that “angels in Heaven” don’t marry, but Genesis 6 is specifically referring to angels who left their Heavenly abode and took up with human women (all in rebellion against God). Unfortunately, a lot of literature on this topic is a load of sensationalistic nonsense about the End Times. However, I would highly recommend Doug Van Dorn’s book “Giants: Sons Of The Gods. Another thing to mention is that just as there are civilizations around the globe that have legends and stories about a worldwide flood, many of those same civilizations ALSO have legends and stories about giants — including in the Americas.

My dad was a fighter pilot. In the beginning of 2019 he fell down and had brain damage and survived. So he's not 100%. I went to visit him at his home and asked him if the earth was round or flat he said it's round. But anyways flying F-16s he flew 68,000 feet in the sky commercial airlines fly 30,000 feet. He could see the curve of the earth.

I am very happy the 2 guests escaped the NAR but the man has to keep working on his discernment because his comments about John MacArthur thinking anybody who speaks in tongues is not saved is completely not true!!! however,the massive confusion of doctrine causes all of us to question how wrong can you be and still have come to an understanding of the truth

Thanks for the podcasts, but your general attitude seems to be one of ridicule and disrespect for these ancient tales. If you want you gain a favorable hearing among Hindus to eventually share the gospel, like Paul, I recommend showing some level of appreciation and understanding for their culture (Acts 17:16, 22, etc.). The blue skin question is easy to search for online. Most people say that the original texts describes dark skin (the color 'blue' as such was unknown/uncategorized then) - as in the color of the infinite sky and ocean - indicating deity/divinity.

Wow! Ellen, actually the ball earth takes glory away from God. How can you say the opposite? No, our earth, GOD'S earth, is unique. And not big banged like the globular planets portray.

Enjoyed this sermon. Just a couple thoughts: 1. Context teaching from various sources: (John 3:13) Jesus was saying no man before Him has ascended to heaven and returned to earth to tell others what they saw in Heaven. 2. Paul refers to a man, in body or in spirit, went into the third heaven. 3. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven does not prevent a temporary/short visit.
