I have been greatly blessed and have learned so much from this series of messages about the Holy Spirit. I plan on going back and listening to these sermons again, probably several times- there is so much to learn. I would greatly appreciate it if there was any way I could listen to each sermon, in it's entirety- instead of them being in 30 minute segments? Thank you. Although I knew this, I could never express it adequately. But I knew that Catholics worshipped Mary and that they had idols and beads and other articles that they used and that they bowed to statues. Brother Cairns summed it up in five minutes or less and in a manner that was highly efficacious. I saved it for future reference. This podcast is much needed in response to this blasphemous tv show called The Simpsons.

Dr Alan Cairns never fails to be a blessing to my soul, and in this broadcast he clearly defines the gospel message. Believers I am sure would be helped by this instruction, to keep on track; and lost sinners, if they believe this message by the quickening power and enlightenment of the Spirit, will assuredly be saved, and that, for eternity. The Gospel is truly glorious.

In 1 Kings 18:1-46, Elijah had a showdown against the prophets of Baal and the prophets of the groves. We also realize that Elijah had the prophets of Baal and the prophets of the groves slain. In similar manner, Elijah would have slain the leaders of the Vatican and the World Council of Churches. This sermon clearly shows that apostate church leaders are predestined to be slain by The Righteous Wrath of The Lord. Just as Elijah slew the prophets of Baal and the prophets of the groves, so The Lord shall slay the Catholic popes and other apostate church leaders with His Sword of Righteous Indignation.

First time I've heard a sermon by Dr. Cairns that las left me somewhat puzzled. I've listened to many, many of his excellent sermons and have learned so much as he teaches with truth and authority but I sort of left with feeling that there is a second part that I need to find in order to better understand this particular sermon. I'm definitely not the sharpest pencil in the box, not even close, so I'll search for some of his other sermons until finding another on the same doctrine.
