A native of Southern California, Scott has served as Pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church since 1991. He is a graduate of Northwest Christian College (Bachelor of Science), Western Baptist Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Covenant Theological Seminary (Master of Theology). He has preached and taught college and seminary level courses in Ukraine, Romania, Poland, and Latvia. Scott and his wife, Marsha, have 2 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 5 grandchildren.
