Finding the needle in a haystack.
Finding what you want in the world's largest sermon library can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack—well, we just made the SEARCH process faster and more enjoyable! It's fast because it's all happening on the client-side without waiting for the server. It's more enjoyable because of beautiful keyboard support. The feature you didn't know you needed is finally here.
Fast keyboard support.
Introducing a quick and fast way to jump up to the SEARCH BAR using just the slash key "/" on any page and an equally fast way to cancel out of search using just the ESC key! Move around on the search results list using the up and down arrow keys and ENTER to make your selection. We love keyboard shortcuts, and you will too once you begin using it.
Search history.
Seems pretty basic but the search bar will finally keep track of your search histories so you don't have to keep typing the same search phrase over and over again. It will intelligently show the top Recent Searches as well as Frequent Searches and will even find past search items as you type. It's so awesome.
Jump directly to your search category.
Sometimes you know exactly what you're searching for, like a speaker, and you don't want to be presented with matches in all other categories to slow you down. Well, you can now type in your search term and jump directly to the precise search category that you desire—whether it be sermons, speakers, series, broadcasters, articles, or even sermon transcripts!

Jump directly to Scripture references.
Check out this convenience feature—start typing in any partial Scripture reference and you'll immediately be presented with quick links to jump directly to sermons by the selected reference. It's 100% client-side so it saves time, it saves steps and just makes everything super-fast!

Jump directly to site pages.
Want an easier way to navigate around the site itself? Check this out—start typing in any part of the page name that you wish to jump to and immediately you'll be presented with matching site pages. Want to quickly get to the News section? Just type "news". How about the Articles of Faith? Just type "articles". It's the new way to get around!

This is just the beginning. Over time, we will be adding the ability to auto-complete with search results from sermons, broadcasters, and series just with a partial search!
Once you begin using it, you'll wonder how you ever did without it.
